DGR Construction CO Inc. Rolling Out Drywall & Painting Service for Property Managers, Building Engineers & Tenants. 
After being in the business for almost 20 years and working in almost every high rise building in Los Ageless & Orange County area. I’ve noticed a need in the industry for minor drywall patching, taping and painting. We have seen more and more of a need for minor work but hiring a General Contractor like DGR Construction Co to just patch a few patches and maybe paint a couple walls would cost a client at a min of over $1,000.00 just for a few patches and if you have a building that has a lot of traffic in loading docks, corridors etc. there ends up being a few patches, painting & misc work requested here and there every couple months. So to help we are officially rolling out a new handyman service
We started offering this service to some of our clients last year and have been quite busy just patching, painting & misc. carpenter work like hanging pictures etc. I can see why this is becoming a hot item since all of our guys are trained to act like a GC when servicing the building, all workers carry plastic, vacuums, rags etc to come in and execute a clean job. Plus we only charge a $135 for the first hour and $58 an hour after that, with a 4 hour minimum, Example you only need (1) small patch and need to paint (1) small wall, this will likely fall into or close to the 4 hour min which would be the $135 for first hour then $58 after that, so for a 4 hour min + material would cost close to $385.00 That’s 4 hour minimum =$309.00 + material, lets say 1 gallon of paint & some misc drywall & mud = $76 +- So for a 4 hour min it will cost you close to $385.00. For a full day close to $541.00 plus material lets say $110.00 give or take, that would put a full day of misc work plus material around $651.00
